Okay so, after 3 weeks of not going to the gym (hey, I was on Christmas break), I went back in full force. At my gym, there were some changes made this 2015 that I am still trying to come to terms with. Example: In addition to increasing membership fees, the time for my Monday aerobics class was increased from 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Please note - I BARELY survived the 30 minutes classes.
