Today is not Tuesday and the blog schedule isn’t changing. But today has been tough and I’m just pissed and I come here to vent, so here goes it.
To say I am disappointed by the state of events would be the biggest understatement of my life. I am pissed but I managed to avoid situations that will expose that anger until someone decided to get on my last nerve via watsapp. Without permission (I am not feeling that generous), please find the candid conversation below:

Maybe it was that emoji (I hate it), or the “cry cry baby” or the fact I tried to ignore this person but he just would not stop. Somehow I went into a trance and when I came through I had sent the following:

I KNOW SOMEONE WHO IS CHRONICALLY ILL! SHE IS ON OBAMA CARE AND LOST HER WOMB A FEW WEEKS AGO AND DOESN’T KNOW HOW SHE WILL PAY FOR TREATMENT IF THEY CUT THAT PROGRAM!
A COUSIN AND UNCLE WHOSE LIVES HAVE BEEN SAVED BECAUSE OF PROGRAMS LIKE MEDICAID THAT OFFER TREATMENT TO THEM WITHOUT INSURANCE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE JOBS
FRIENDS WHO GOT EXTRA TIME WITH THEIR LATE PARENTS BECAUSE OF TREATMENT THEY RECEIVED IN AMERICA THAT COST MILLIONS IN NAIJA
AND YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IS MAN KISSING MAN OR WOMEN ABORTING BABIES?!?
WHAT ABOUT ABUSED WOMEN THAT COULD COMMIT SUICIDE BECAUSE THEY ARE FORCED TO CARRY THE REMINDER OF THEIR ABUSE IF THE ABORTION LAW CHANGES?!?
OR THE PEOPLE THAT WILL LOSE THEIR HOMES OR PUSHED INTO CRIME BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE WELFARE?!?
DO YOU THINK IT IS EASY TO DECIDE TO HAVE AN ABORTION OR THAT PEOPLE CAN HELP WHO/HOW THEY LOVE?!?
I know all things work together for the glory of God and I’ll get back to the matter tomorrow but this shit not okay and I am human! So please for the last time, GIVE ME TODAY AND ALLOW ME TO CRY!
I apologize for my candid outburst… I guess this is my way of asking people to be sensitive to the feelings of people struggling today.

It’s worse when people who never lived in America tell you they are happy and are “Republican”. My thought was what do you know about it? I do believe that things happen for a reason and we shall see how this all plays out….
