Happy Friday!
I just wanted to follow-up on my last email blast (since almost everyone asked what the results of my “mini survey” were):
Of everyone that responded to my email
10 – drink water during their workouts,
2 – do not,
1 – happily reported she doesn’t work out (LOL – I LOVE YOU MOMMY)
Being who I am, of course I asked my favorite aerobics instructor and he said that it is important to drink water during exercise. According to him “your body loses a lot of electrolytes when the heart rate is accelerated, so its important to stay hydrated”. He did say too much water will slow you down so keep it down to 1 or 2 sips.
I also found a really good article on Women’s Health titled “10 Eating Habits of the Highly Successful and fit” that I think has some really good tips on how to stay in control of your weight. They apply to both men and women.
